We appeal to the governments of Germany and Poland: (1) to allow and to guarantee the participation of German, Polish or foreign associations and self-help groups in matters of child custody in court proceedings at the request of a parent in Germany and Poland; (2) to oblige the courts in Germany and Poland by law to place the child under the guardianship of a relative of the child if she or if he agrees, and the custody rights have not been withdrawn from her or from him, and the court is of the opinion that the child should not be left to its parents or to one of them; (3) to guarantee to the child in foster family a contact with its siblings and relatives, in Germany, Poland and the native country of the child. We need independent parties in all child custody proceedings!
Our demands are based on the diverse and well-documented, demonstrable experience of deprivation of rights and of abuse of families of all nationalities in Germany. A great number of 77,000 children taken in Germany out of their families in 2015 alone, with constantly rising trend, should give to think. In Germany children are often torn out of good families because such children cause fewer problems during the integration process. This affects both German and foreign children from every culture. (There are indications that many children are made available for adoption by juvenile offices because of their exotic appearance.) Corruption is out of control. The affected children and parents are illegally prohibited from using the native languages in Germany. There is also a special reason to take away children from Polish parents: Polish government officials not only leave Polish families abroad without protection, but they also help to destroy Polish families. It is high time to firmly oppose these increasingly criminal excesses.
