ATTENTION: All Heads of Governments where Orange Telecommunication is doing business stealing from their customers.
We ask their prospective customers in France, in Poland and around the globe not to support this questionable and unethical business practices which MUST NOT BE TOLERATED ANYMORE!
They offer their crappy phones for pennies not explaining the details. If the prospective customer does not activate this crappy phone without a month because the charger does not work, they will start sending you their invoices and demands of payment and the collection agency. Even customers frequent visits to their office DO NOTHING TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM.
Here is an example: The brochure of their special offer was picked up in Poland, near the New Osiedle Orange Office in the City of Sandomierz by a Senior Citizen Jan. He tried to charge the crappy phone but the charger he got with his phone never worked. He asked me to go to the ORANGE OFFICE in Sandomierz with him to explain his issue. As Jan is a senior citizen in his older age I volunteered to go there with him. As we entered their office we waited about half an hour before we were served. Jan started explain his issue with his cell phone which he was unable to charge at all. The Orange Representative kept leaving the counter again and again so Jan had to explain the issue to three different reps replacing the rep before. After this "show" which took way over two hours I was fed up, took Jan's crappy cell phone and put it in a garbage basket and asked the last rep to close Jan's account. I also left my email address to the last rep we talked to in this office in Sandomierz. I never heard from any Orange employee since. I later talked to Jan and he tald me that the Orange Telecom kept sending him invoices and demands of payments and were making bullying and harassing phone calls and kept sending collection agents so in the end he had no choice but to pay for the service he NEVER RECEIVED approximately 1000 zloty. It was an extremely unfair treatment of an older senior and any prospective/new ORANGE TELECOMUNICATION customer must read BEFORE they become another victim of this extremely bad firm wit an extremely bad practices. Please warn all your family members and friend of this company and their unethical behaviour. I expect that this unfair penalty Jan had to pay to these crooks will be repaid as soon as possible plus 19% compounded interest. This bully behaviour must stop immediately and Orange Telecommunication must re-pay the unfair funds they stole from Jan within 90 days from April 6th, 2018 in order for STOP this petition. If NOT all heads of every governments where Orange is doing their business will be notified and warn of their bullying and harassment and unfair and unethical business practices.
To STOP bullying and harassment and unfair and unethical Orange Telecommunication business practices and to warn their not informed new or prospective customers what they are getting into.
